After my stroke in 2019, I learned through a lot of research that we don’t recover, rather, we retrain our brain and wiring. I chose not to fit back into the conventional world, but more importantly have the world fit back in around me. I’ve worked hard to retrain myself and it’s time for me to share with others who have diminished capabiilities, my methods, morning routine and structured training program that has helped me thus far. I started my journey with a simple goal: to help people live healthier, happier lives. Through Mcraigsregimen.net , we've grown into a community of fitness enthusiasts who are passionate about sharing our love for fitness with others.

Since I Started my training in 2019, I was able to gain approximately 40% more mobility on my side with diminished movement. My fine motor skills have increased 15-20%.
Through increased deductive reasoning excercies my brain has been able to perform at higher levels of critical thinking and lucidity.
Eventually, I plan to travel to locations where I can speak directly with stroke survivors who, unfortunately, haven’t had the chance or opportunity to receive professional or one-on-one physical therapy. My goal is to offer these individuals a viable alternative that has been successful for me.
Eating probiotic foods not only helps your gastrointestinal system but aids in replenishing the proteins your body needs to keep up with strong daily workouts. I have taken harmful foods out of my diet and added back in only healthy fruits and vegetables that I eat daily. This has dropped my cholesterol from 315 to 195 in a period of 3 months. I was able to do this shortly after my first stroke in 2019. Due to this regular diet I feel better, stronger and physically capable of consistent exercise on a day to day basis. I use weights when I am in a gym environment but if you don’t have access to gym facilities you can buy inexpensive barbells and use them while executing isometric routines. This is a great way to keep your body toned and in good shape.
